The "Last Bastion" for Meeting the Delivery Deadline
Before starting my own business, when I was working for a Hong Kong-based logistics company in China, I came across the field of "emergency cargo transportation." Global forwarders naturally have well-established emergency transportation teams, but such teams did not exist in Japan at that time, and Japanese logistics was even said to be too slow compared to the rest of the world.

I understood that aspects like 24h customer service, cargo space reservation, and customs clearance were challenging. However, I felt that it was meaningful to start a business for the sake of Japan. So, in December 2016, when I was 30 years old, I founded our company. We hold licenses and approvals, such as being an IATA-accredited cargo agent, a Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RA), and being engaged in the customs clearance business. We also set up 24h customer service teams in both Japan and China. Up to now, we have a track record of undertaking various urgent transports with tight delivery deadlines, such as transporting parts to prevent production line stoppages, emergency supplies due to disasters, and life-saving pharmaceuticals. In order to continue to be a reliable "last bastion" for meeting our customers' delivery deadlines, our company will keep evolving. Please look forward to the further growth of Optec Express.

Security Measures
Our company has declared a two-star rating in the SECURITY ACTION system, a self-declaration of security measures implemented by the Information-technology Promotion Agency （IPA）, an independent administrative institution.
In corporate management within the IT society, "protection" through information security is essential. In the future, to meet the trust of our customers and society, we will continue to implement appropriate information security measures.
Certified System of Labor and Social Security Attorney Diagnosis
In order to ensure that our employees can work safely and securely, we are engaged in labor compliance and working style reform, and conducting a management-labor diagnosis with labor and social security attorneys. We have received the certification of "Qualified Enterprise for Management Labor Diagnosis" from the National Federation of Social Insurance Labor and Social Security Attorneys, a legal organization approved by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.
In the future, we will continue to receive regular diagnoses and create a workplace environment conducive to the work of our employees.
